01 — The brief

Upgrade everything, inside and out

The owners wanted a complete transformation: a new double-storey extension, a full renovation of the existing house, and a home that would be warmer and more efficient once finished.

Energy efficiency ran through the whole project, from the heating and glazing to the external walls, with the front and rear gardens redesigned to complete the transformation.

02 — Delivery

New services and a new outer skin

Alongside the double-storey extension, we carried out a full electrical rewire with a new consumer unit, fitted a new boiler and hot-water cylinder, and installed a complete underfloor heating system.

All existing windows and external doors were replaced with new energy-efficient double glazing, improving insulation and reducing heat loss. Externally, we installed 100mm external wall insulation and finished the entire property with a modern silicone render system.

03 — The outcome

A house that keeps its heat

FF Construction delivered a complete upgrade inside and out, combining modern design, improved energy efficiency and high-quality workmanship throughout.

The front garden was completely transformed with new block paving and a new brick wall, while the rear garden was finished with new decking and fresh turf.
