Twenty years of building in Oxford
We are a commercial construction and property services contractor working across Oxfordshire and the Thames Valley. Offices, healthcare, retail and light industrial, delivered by directly employed site teams and a supply chain we have used for years.
Most of our work is repeat business. We take on projects we know we can finish well, we price them honestly, and we tell clients early when something is going to be a problem. That is the whole approach.

We walk the site, price the work properly, and tell you straight if we are the wrong contractor for it. The visit is free and takes about an hour.

- Free, and usually within a week. One of the directors comes, not a salesperson.
- You get a fixed price
- Priced properly from the drawings, with the exclusions written down rather than buried.
- We build it
- A named site manager, directly employed trades, and a programme you can hold us to.
- Handover and twelve months after
- O&M manuals, a proper handover, and a defects period we actually answer the phone during.
Where we work
Oxfordshire and an hour around it
We work within about 40 miles of Oxford. That is deliberate. It keeps our directors on site, our supply chain local, and a site manager able to get to you the same morning.
